We continuously improve our models to handle even challenging handwriting. Although we can't provide an exact number, we're certain you will find our accuracy superior to any traditional OCR service.

You can export your transcribed text as Word documents (.docx), PDF files, Markdown (.md), or plain text (.txt).

Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, and your images are only accessible to you while on our servers. We store them as long as you have an active subscription, otherwise they are deleted 3 months after uploading or the end of your subscription. You can also choose to delete them at any time. Your privacy is our highest priority.

Currently, we support English handwriting. We're working on expanding to other languages - stay tuned for updates!

We use a page-credit model to keep things simple and fair. Each page you transcribe uses one credit, regardless of the length or complexity of the content. This way, you only pay for what you use, making it easy to manage your transcription needs without worrying about hidden fees or complicated pricing structures. Once a page is added, it can be re-transcribed as many times as needed in case of unexpected transcription failure, without costing additional credits.

If you uploaded an image that you don't want transcribed, you can delete it. Any page you delete that has not been transcribed yet will have its credit returned to your account. If it has already been transcribed, we unfortunately cannot refund the credit.
